Which iPhones work?

Any iPhone with iOS 26 or later can scan and search. AI extraction on the device also needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence.

How do I get my files into iCloud Drive?

In Settings, under Storage & Export, choose an Export folder in iCloud Drive and turn on Auto-save PDF and Auto-save Markdown. New scans then appear in that folder as a PDF and a .md file.

Where are my documents?

On your iPhone, and in your export folder if you set one. If you lose them, we cannot restore them, because we do not hold a copy.

Why do I need to sign in?

Documintz uses Sign in with Apple to create your account. Your documents are not uploaded to that account.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@documintz.ch from the address on your account and we will delete it. Scans on your iPhone stay there until you delete them.
